constant noise slow service

the room had a lovely view. it was quite acceptable.

The noise from the nearby road was constant.. it really disrupted my sleep. the breakfast service was slow. I waited over 40 minutes for a simple order of toast. the staff seemed overwhelmed, not really attentive at all.

gorgeous landscape spacious room delicious food little signage absent reception poor service

the landscape and gardens here are gorgeous. the room was lovely and spacious. the breakfast and dinner tasted delicious! the best of all was the shower, it had the right amount of water pressure with the right temperature.

it was difficult finding the hotel because there was little signage? i understand we traveled as the evening was drawing in, so we may have missed some signs because of the light. there was no-one on reception. the service is poor and the staff seem to lack communication between each other.

The hotel gardens create a relaxing atmosphere. Wendy was friendly at check-in. Oana provided warm, cute service during breakfast. I appreciated her hospitality. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was very enjoyable.
