The staff were really nice and helpful with local directions. The room was clean and quiet ensuring a good rest. I found the location convenient for exploring Clifton Village. The breakfast included various options for a quick start to the day.

The room was clean initially. I then looked behind the bed and under the curtains. I found a lot of dust there. The mattress was very hard plus the room was always cold though the radiators were on. Parking was advertised but I found out it was first come first served upon arrival it was unclear before.
