The staff were ALWAYS friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. My room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had plenty of choice with good quality food.
The hotel pool was closed. I received no warning about this closure before my arrival. I was not offered a discount because of this inconvenience.

i found the staff helpful. they assisted with all my needs. the underground car park was convenient and safe. i paid only 10 euro a day! the breakfast buffet offered great variety. i especially liked the fresh pastries and fruit selection.
my room smelled of wastewater sometimes. i kept the window open, but it didn't help much. only one window opened a small bit. it wasn't enough for ventilation.
