Our family of four stayed in a beautiful suite, it had plenty of space for everyone. breakfast offered a great choice. We all found something we liked. we enjoyed the pools and the surrounding gardens. There were always enough free sun loungers. we made good use of the complimentary paddle and tennis courts, racquets included.

the general manager didn't handle our request for a king-size bed very well. the spa facilities felt outdated and could use some refurbishment. the swimming pool had a good design but lacked some hydro features.

the breakfast was varied and tasty. the staff was very kind and helpful. the room was big and comfortable with a balcony and a great view.

The hotel couldn't make my bed into a double. They said they 'ran out of beds'. the bar wasn't staffed well, so i often had to wait. i only received water in the room on the first night, then had to pay for it.
