“This hotel has a certain historical charm, but some aspects appear inconsistent with expectations. While the staff's friendliness is a plus, reports of unaddressed room service requests and ongoing renovations not mentioned during booking raise concerns. I think travelers should consider these points alongside the location near attractions like the Eiffel Tower.”

convenient location breakfast selection helpful staff small room missing shelving street noise
The location was really convenient , with easy access to transport. Breakfast had a lovely selection of items , a good start to the day. The staff were especially helpful , they always offered assistance when needed.
The room I had was quite small , with minimal space for luggage. The bathroom lacked shelving , leaving few options to place personal items. The noise from the street was considerable , impacting my sleep slightly.

EXCELLENT Stay Near Iconic Landmark!
helpful staff early check-in clean room quick getaway
The front desk staff was friendly and provided CHAI tea. I received VERY helpful walking directions to the nearby monument. I arrived before check-in time. The staff accommodated an early check-in. The room and facilities were impeccably clean, perfect for my quick getaway.
The room lacked a street-facing window and instead faced an inner courtyard. I heard noise from it.
Dining
9/10
The breakfast buffet offered a good selection. I particularly enjoyed the variety of fresh pastries and cheeses. I also had one of the BEST cappuccinos. The service was prompt and attentive.
Facilities
8/10
The hotel offered luggage storage at no extra cost, REALLY useful. A kettle with tea and coffee was available. The shower had very hot water and good pressure, very invigorating after a long day of sightseeing.
Location
10/10
The location was superb. I found MANY monuments within easy walking distance. Cafes, restaurants, shops, and metro stations were also nearby.. PERFECT for exploring the area. It gave me a REAL sense of the city.

cramped room small size
the location was acceptable, within reasonable distance to the eiffel tower.
The single room i was assigned proved disappointingly small. Maneuvering luggage within its confines was problematic and the room felt cramped. its size severely compromised comfort . i found this unacceptable given the room rate.

the hotel is located in a car free street, made the area quiet and pleasant. parking options were available nearby, though the street was really narrow. this made accessibility much easier.

The hotel offered a lovely breakfast with continental items. i enjoyed the coffee, juices, cheeses, croissants, baguette, pastries, fruits, jams and ham. It provided a good start to the day. the breakfast area was well maintained.

the room was very clean and tidy, and the housekeeping service was daily. although the walls seemed a bit thin, it didn't bother me much when i was tired. the proximity to shops was very convenient.
