the staff was very helpful. cedric assisted me in sending my daughter's teddy as soon as possible. the setting seemed peaceful away from the hustle and bustle from the square beyond the doors.
the room felt old and dated. the area is very noisy at night with hundreds of college students. the room needed a refurbishing of the bathroom shower and the interior of the bedroom.

the location proved quite convenient, particularly its proximity to various restaurants (i enjoyed exploring them). the staff exhibited kindness and helpfulness , always ready to assist with directions or recommendations. breakfast offered well-chosen options.
my room was quite small, a common issue in accommodations, but it was still a squeeze (i bumped into things a few times). the bathroom looked somewhat dated, and i noticed the shower door seemed a bit loose. noise from the hallway was noticeable, impacting sleep quality.
