I found the location convenient, it was close to the Metro. The staff were REALLY friendly. Pranab and Athena at the front desk were very pleasant.

The room decor felt a little outdated and the carpeted floor wasn't my favorite. The tub was VERY high to get into, a slight inconvenience.

the staff showed kindness and spoke english very well. sergio deserved special recognition (he was always ready to help!). the location is quite good too.

the room had a dark brown color (it felt a bit gloomy). the walls had many damages, with white plaster showing through. the bed felt small to me.
