I found the staff to be really friendly and accommodating. The check-in process was easy and quick, and I really appreciated the warm greetings every time I returned. The beds were comfortable. This. There were metro stations close to the hotel. This made it easy to explore the city.

The immediate area around the hotel felt a bit unsafe at night, so I avoided walking alone.

The hotel is near metro line 13, about a 5-minute walk. This provides easy access to many parts of the city, a HUGE benefit. MANY restaurants and markets are also very close to the hotel.

The hotel offers a locker service for luggage storage after check-out at a cost of 7€ per day. This was SO CONVENIENT. The hotel also has vending machines selling food and coffee. This is useful for quick snacks.

Staff members were helpful and provided assistance. I appreciated that they called a taxi for me on the day of my departure, easing my travel arrangements. The reception service was available at all times of the day. The staff spoke fluent english.

The hotel's location provides easy access to buses, trams, and metros. Tourist spots are easily accessible from here. I enjoyed a nice breakfast each morning. It had a good selection. The staff was friendly and very helpful .

The shared bathroom did not have consistently hot water with good pressure. This was a slight inconvenience.
