decent location, disappointing room

friendly staff north connection misleading picture outdated room
the staff was friendly, which i appreciated. the hotel is also connected to gare du nord.
The room felt old and outdated. It did not match the photos online. the room was also small. i felt cramped.

convenient location helpful staff great price
i appreciated the convenient location near the gare du nord. it was less than a ten minute walk, a real blessing with luggage. the front desk staff were very helpful and cute . i found the price to be the best in the area when i booked.
the room had very thin walls so i could hear sounds from the hallway and the adjacent room.

superb access to gare du nord

clean scent friendly staff balcony view comfortable bed
the immediate cleanliness met me right upon entry and extended to the room, a very nice touch. the staff presented themselves with utter professionalism and friendliness. my room on the fifth floor included a balcony boasting a fantastic vista. i found the shower pristine, user-friendly, and genuinely pleasant, complemented by a heated mirror. the bed offered really good comfort.
the cups in the room were small.
