The staff was friendly. the food at the bar tasted lovely, particularly the chips. the hotel, and the service was great!

The room reeked of bleach. It was overpowering. i also found the location to be quite noisy (with traffic), , made it difficult to sleep. there was a skip right outside the window, made for a less than appealing view from my window.

i thought my beautiful family room was lovely and spacious. four beds was there, a pleasant surprise. the heating was very good, i must say. the price was like a dream.
the breakfast felt a little minimal. i just managed to grab one fried egg and a rasher of bacon with beans. all the food seems overcooked as it sat there for a while.

The large bed in the Beautiful King Room was very comfortable. Parking near the building provided convenience. Breakfast included a great selection of cereals. The breakfast room offered a pleasant view from the window.
The gardens was overgrown, needing some attention.

eh, its a place to sleep i guess

i gotta say, the shower, wasnt exactly hot you know. it was more like lukewarm which is pretty disappointing, especially after a long day of nothing. also, the breakfast sausage it tasted like they found it behind the cooker from 3 months ago. they really needs to sort that out, if they want people like me returning. it seems like they really not trying hard enough or something.

i had a very nice stay. the scottish decor gives such a warm welcome. the sunday roast was great (especially the potatoes!). the hot breakfast also had plenty of choices, and i was able to try multiple kinds of foods.
the tv in my room didn't work.
