the breakfast was lovely, a great way to start the day.

Our room was quite small, especially considering the price we paid, the limited space made it difficult to fully relax there. There also weren't enough shelves for our belongings, so we felt disorganized the entire time. I think the hotel could really improve the room sizes.

The bar had a good selection of local beers. i appreciated the range of spirits (i got to try a whisky i'd never seen before). the staff were lovely and helpful. They offered just the right level of banter. the paddock room included a private garden.

the breakfast was plentiful , which was acceptable.

access to the rooms wasn't simple with luggage. i struggled carrying my bags up to the room. the hotel also blamed a website for not shortening my stay after multiple days of advance notice , resulting in excess costs for my trip.
