Two bedrooms feature private bathrooms, and two have a bathroom located just outside. There are also two single rooms annexed off one of the doubles which require shared bathrooms. Cottage rooms are situated in the hotel grounds, separate to the main building.

Greywalls features Chez Roux, serving Scottish ingredients with a French touch. The Main Dining Room has hosted memorable dinners and overlooks Muirfield Golf Course. There are four dining areas, including a Whisky room and Garden Room. The lounge lunch is served daily. A weekend roast lunch is available on Saturdays and Sundays. Afternoon tea includes sandwiches, scones, and a selection of teas and coffees. Chef can provide canapés for reception drinks at £7.00. Head Chef Nick Briggs offers meal and wine pairings.
