Greywalls Hotel offers rooms in the main house and cottage rooms in the garden. The Colonel's House, 500 yards from Greywalls, accommodates up to eight guests and includes four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a drawing room with French windows to a private garden, and a full kitchen. Two bedrooms feature private bathrooms, and two have a bathroom located just outside. There are also two single rooms annexed off one of the doubles which require shared bathrooms. Cottage rooms are situated in the hotel grounds, separate to the main building.

Greywalls features Chez Roux, serving Scottish ingredients with a French touch. The Main Dining Room has hosted memorable dinners and overlooks Muirfield Golf Course.
