helpful staff excellent room spa facilities quality ingredients
the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire hotel. the room was excellent. facilities, especially the spa, offered a relaxing experience. the breakfast had a good choice of food and quality ingredients, very much appreciated.
the bed was slightly lumpy and uncomfortable, it could have been better.

cute staff super clean room comfortable bed
the reception staff was cute and helpful. the room was super clean, and the bed (a lovely king size) was very comfortable. i also appreciated the convenient location and proximity to local attractions. i found parking nearby without much difficulty.
the breakfast buffet lacked fresh fruit options and the pastries seemed a bit stale.

mixed feelings about this hotel

uncomfortable beds ceiling cobwebs
the location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions.
My sleep was terrible due to the uncomfortable beds. they seemed like two single beds pushed together with a noticeable gap and lumpy surfaces. I found it difficult to get comfortable. additionally, i found cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. the overall cleanliness needs attention.

an acceptable experience

amazing spa breakfast croissant hot attic unbearable temperature
the room was spacious and beautiful. the spa facilities were amazing and i found the breakfast wonderful (the croissants were really fresh).
i stayed in the annex across from the main hotel. our room was in the attic space and it was like a sauna. the room had no ac and the temperature was unbearable.
