Kinnettles Hotel & Spa, located at 127 North Street, St Andrews, offers guestrooms accessed via stairs (no lift available). All rooms have been refurbished using warm greys and deep red woods. Standard amenities include ironing facilities, tea and coffee, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. Rooms also provide AM/FM alarm clock and flat-screen TV. Black and white marble bathrooms feature roll-top baths, walk-in showers and Espa toiletries. Suites include a separate lounge area. Deluxe Studio rooms are located in the annexe building at 150 North Street.
