I found the staff so courteous. they provided very frequent transportation , made getting to the parks easy. the hotel bar mixed great cocktails and gave great service. the beds were the best i have slept on. The rooms had rituals products for the shower.

I loved that the hotel is across from a large shopping center. This allowed very easy access to stores and other conveniences. i also appreciated the short ride to disneyland by taxi, roughly five minutes.

The location was perfect for a visit to Disneyland park. A free shuttle runs frequently and it took only a short time to reach the park. The big shopping center across the street offered many shops. The hotel staff were helpful with directions.
The room had some dust on higher surfaces. This was a small issue and did not impact the stay overall.

The location was convenient to a large shopping center across the street. The free shuttle to Disneyland was VERY useful. I appreciated the helpful staff. The rooms were clean.
One room was not ready when we arrived at 4pm. The breakfast I had on our departure day was not great. It was certainly not worth the price they asked. I would advise using the patisserie in the shopping mall opposite the hotel instead.
