The staff provided excellent service, they cared. The room was clean, a welcome sight after a long day. I especially valued the location. Two metro stations were conveniently close.

The manager was disrespectful to some of the guests. The room faced a busy street, so noise at night was disturbing. Breakfast was overpriced considering other nearby options.
