The staff seemed helpful with tickets. That was acceptable.

i was disappointed. our room was in the pavillon and it felt more like a conference center than a true hotel. the lack of attentiveness from the staff was also noticeable. tea and coffee were not replenished daily and a lamp was broken.

the location was good near the gardens.

the room i got in the annex was not as described. the decor wasn't sumptuous purple, it was faded grey brown and soulless.

The staff did help with the tickets for the gardens. The breakfast buffet did have many choices and quality food. The location is convenient for visiting the gardens.

My room smelled musty and was dusty and not 5 stars. The terrasse workers did not pay attention. The light bulbs in the bath didnt work.
