the public areas had super clean conditions and were furnished luxuriously. i found the staff cute and happy. the food was great with a variety offered and a different theme every night.

i noticed there were not enough sun loungers for the amount of guests. the drinks service was slow and sometimes orders did not arrive. i observed that on occasion it took three attempts to get a coffee.

I experienced A few issues. firstly, the gym's air conditioning was broken. It was quite stuffy. secondly, getting a drink at the pool bar took much time, as the staff seemed very busy.

Irene at the reception was a superstar. She knew everything I needed. She helped me with local knowledge! Peta provided an excellent massage in the spa area, it was worth the money. The pool area had fantastic bars that produced great cocktails.

I think the restaurant staff need some training at the table serving. It would be very useful.

The location is near Coral Bay Beach. It's about five minutes walking! There are shops and restaurants nearby too, just a short walk away. The hotel is near a street with frequent buses to the center.
