Really good service makes ALL the difference

attentive staff amazing service really good breakfast warm service

I am SO grateful for the attentive staff at this hotel. Eleni at the pool bar was particularly amazing. She remembered our drinks and always anticipated our needs. The Mosaics restaurant had a really good breakfast buffet. The warm and engaging service from staff such as Nicky was nice.

the gym has few dumbbells.

Our superior sea view room included air conditioning that worked very well and kept us cool. There was a full-length mirror available, and it was really useful. The comfortable bed was a HUGE plus.

good stay with amazing staff

dedicated setup diverse choice amazing holiday

i enjoyed the great facilities available including a dedicated setup for families with children like personalized meals and suitable crockery there is a separate pool specifically for adults only i found the breakfast amazing with a diverse choice every day the housekeeping service ensured regular changes of towels both in the morning and evening which i found quite useful given the warm temperatures.

the location is great but the beach has stones and rocks i was not aware of that before my visit

amazing

kind staff daily fun healthy food excellent parties

The staff was kind. the kids club was fun daily and staff separated kids by age groups. they teach different things daily and planned days well in advance. i liked the healthy food options for kids. Mel and rose welcomed my daughter to the kids club, and the evening kids parties were excellent.

the front desk experience created some discomfort. attention to guests comfort was not always consistent, it looked.

the hotel location is useful, one can just walk along the harbour pier to restaurants. i walked to different restaurants for a change of pace. the ease of access enhanced my stay a lot.

the spa is well done. therapists are highly trained degree holders. the sauna is properly hot. there is a place for kids to relax. there is a tiny beach, i swam in the sea, but the pools are saltwater anyway.

fantastic beachfront stay

amazing selection adult pool handy service

the hotel offered great facilities for both families with children and couples. i noticed a separate pool was available just for adults, a plus. the breakfast had an amazing selection daily, it included a great variety. housekeeping changed towels regularly in both the morning and evening (a handy service in the summer heat).

the rooms did not seem very soundproof to me, i could hear noise from the hallway. the inside of the room looked more like a 3-star hotel than a 5-star one. cold water pressure was also quite low, especially during peak times.

the hotel is right on the seafront (i liked it) and a short stroll to restaurants and shops. the hotel location is convenient for accessing local attractions. the area around the hotel is clean and well kept.

The breakfast buffet offered a varied selection of foods. I enjoyed the convenience of the on-site restaurants. The menus had diverse options. The rooms were clean, and fresh towels were readily available. Staff members were friendly and welcomingwith a warm atmosphere.

I encountered slow service at check-in. The bathroom had a slight odor, bothersome. This issue detracted from the overall quality of my stay. I noticed a cat wandering inside the salon, this made me uncomfortable

really good service amazing view fresh buffet

I was greeted by Markos, the porter. His service was really good upon my arrival and I stayed in a Terrace Sea View Room. This room had amazing views and breakfast was spot on. The morning buffet had fresh and delicious choices, including crepes and fruits.

The pool lacked enough shade during peak hours.
