chef emad creates fresh tasty food daily. he takes the time to talk with guests and checks if everything is okay. henry was always kind and friendly to the kids. i found that the staff helped.
the hotel is a little dated it has some minor maintenance needs

the head chef prepares excellent food full of flavor. vegetarian dishes are creative varied and excellent. emad is a very nice person and ensures the guests are happy with their meals. i especially enjoyed the fresh ingredients used daily.

I loved the friendly reception staff. They always greeted me with smiles. the bar staff, especially george, stood out because he was quick with service and very personable. i found the cleaning staff always said hello and did a great job with the rooms. the entertainment team was awesome, cosmin and pani, the water polo was great!!!
the air conditioning in my room could have been a little stronger, but it was a minor thing.

Breakfast had a good variety, i found something tasty every morning!!! the food was consistently delicious with lots of choices, i appreciated the effort to offer diverse options. emad, the chef, makes amazing burgers. His omelettes and pancakes were delicious too.

i loved the hotel very much. the room was standard room sea view, a true balm for the soul. i awoke each morning to the sun dancing on the water, a perfect start to each day.
the gym requires a key with a deposit. i found this rather inconvenient when i wanted a quick workout.

i found the staff very friendly. agatha at reception provided helpful bus timetable and car museum information. george the barman was hospitable he was polite and cute. i liked his excellent service.

The bar crew provided great service. I really appreciated that. Drinks tasted great at the bar near the pool. The variety was nice. The food was good. This added to the holiday.
The air conditioning was not effective enough. This was a problem. Our room was quite outdated. The walls are thin. I heard a lot of noise from the corridor.
