comfortable bed clean room ugly bar hot area

i liked that the rooms were spacious and clean. the beds were very comfortable. there was also plenty of choice for food and first class service.

the walk from my room to main reception was ugly an old bar sat with rubbish in it, an eyesore. also, the main seating area in the evening was like a sauna it was so hot.

disgusting pool edges malfunctioning door card

the omelet chef was nice and reception staff were pleasant.

the pool edges looked disgusting and required some serious cleaning i noticed. the room door card kept malfunctioning too. our bathroom flooded each night because of a poor shower enclosure design so we needed extra towels every night.
