our room was super clean each day because the cleaners changed the towels and bedding. the entertainment crew brought the fun. the food had a huge variety. the location is great right on the rugged cove facing the sea

the inclusive package did not include every drink option. i was a bit bummed about this.

the hotel benefits from a convenient setting near a bus station. a short 15 minute walk along the promenade leads to the sea. coral bay and the town center are easily accessible by bus for a reasonable fare of 2 euros per trip.

our superior double room was large. it came equipped with a kitchen, a living area, and two balconies on the ground floor. the hotel offered daily cleaning with fresh towels. the pools are cleaned regularly.

the restaurant provides themed dinners each day. they offer a wide variety of options. there are good nearby restaurants. lidl is conveniently located just one bus stop away near venus beach.

the staff members are friendly and polite. they are helpful, and aim to ensure guests have anything they may need. i noticed the entertainment staff had abundant energy. the girls just wanted everyone to be entertained.

The drinks tasted watered down. Some even cost extra. the food often sat cold. i saw flies buzzing around it! plates piled up since staff never bothered clearing them until we finished. Very unhygienic. the dining experience was terrible, really.

the food presented variety . i especially enjoyed the themed dinners. the transfer from the airport took only 45 minutes. the staff always had the customer in mind.

The rooms seemed outdated. The price felt steep. the beds in our rooms had dips. some towels had marks, it was concerning. the shower would slide down the pole. It was inconvenient.

The hotel room included a studio balcony which was amazing. Daily room cleaning happened without fail. Food was delicious and varied (I especially liked the themed nights!).

The minibar wasn't stocked upon arrival. (I think it should be!).
