really good holiday experience
great facilities helpful staff comfortable beds
the hotel offers a great range of facilities. the staff is very helpful and friendly. we found a good choice at breakfast with many options available. beds were very comfortable and the daily maid service was efficient, except on sundays. towels were changed daily and we received a bottle of red wine as a welcome gift.
the main pool needed some cleaning . it felt gritty underfoot, which detracted from the otherwise positive experience. a more frequent cleaning schedule could improve the pool's overall appeal for all guests.

The room was nice and clean with a big balcony. we had a pool view, lovely. It provided a beautiful outlook. the beds were comfortable, and the room size was ample for my needs.

warm decor friendly staff repetitive entertainment graffiti area
the staff was lovely. the decor is warm and cosy. the hotel was quiet and calm because it was off season. the beds were comfy and the bathroom had a huge bath.
the entertainment is very repetitive. daytime activities such as killer darts, aqua zumba, yoga, pool games, and quizzes are the same every day. the surrounding area is not appealing. lots of graffiti, broken pavements, and litter are present.
