our adults-only premium sea view room had such a amazing view of the calming, deep sea, a perfect sight to wake up to. the premium lounge offered a serene escape for quiet moments and offered the most wonderful treats. staff members showed genuine kindness, specially crystalla.
the bus service to nearby attractions was not reliable, it often caused unnecessary delays, so we used a taxi for the most of our trips.

attentive staff spacious room multiple restaurant choices
the staff throughout the hotel was attentive. the room was spacious. it featured a sea view from the balcony. i appreciated the multiple restaurant choices available on the premises.
i noticed some areas, especially corridors, could benefit from more frequent cleaning. this detracted slightly from the overall experience. better attention to this would improve the hotel.
