I adored the prompt, daily housekeeping service. The room included unlimited complimentary snacks, a nice amenity. The staff provided restaurant recommendations and helped with reservations prior to arrival, something I appreciated a lot. Concierge services assisted with planning our itinerary before we even arrived.

Inconsistent experience. Some issues noted

small roomloud bathroom fan
The 'beautiful room' i booked was smaller than expected, honestly. i struggled to fully unpack. There was barely any space for my things. also, the bathroom fan seemed unusually loud. It kept me up a bit at night. it wasn't a terrible stay. but it certainly didn't feel like a top-tier experience.

The staff was very helpful. Food options included good bar service. the bed was firm, but acceptable and chairs in the sitting area were adequate. i appreciated the hotel offered a power converter for my use. i also received a complimentary room upgrade and some free gifts in the room.
the room carpets smelled a little musty. because they are old. i did not appreciate that.

The staff promptly parked my car and diligently assisted with packing my bags upon departure. they provided excellent recommendations. and ensured my stay surpassed expectations. The reception team stood out. the lobby has an excellent aesthetic. the rate is a 9.
