poor sound insulationstrong smoke smell

I found the sound insulation to be quite poor. I could hear neighbors' footsteps and doors closing at all hours. the smoke from the pizzeria downstairs wafted up to my window. Getting fresh air meant also getting a strong smell of pizza (a real dilemma!).

not so bad, but problems existed

non-functional air conditioningmissing bag stand

the air conditioning weren't working right. i told the desk person, jasper, but i don't think he believe me. also, there was no place to put my bags when i got into the two-bedroom apartment, difficult. i expect to have a working air conditioning and a bag stand when i pay for my lodging.
