Convenient Stay NEAR Gare du Nord

The hotel is very close to Gare du Nord. I found the room simple and clean with comfortable beds. I appreciated that I did not notice street or traffic noise. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The elevator was quite small and felt cramped.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful. I appreciated that. the hotel is in an older building about a five-minute walk from sacre coeur. an uber to the louvre cost about 12 euro, and an uber to the eiffel tower was about 17 euro. our room was always cleaned well and it was comfortable.
I booked two rooms. One was significantly bigger and more comfortable than the other. the small room was definitely smaller than 12m2. there was virtually no room for luggage and no wardrobe, just a rail across the corner of the room with only 3 coat hangers.

The breakfast was good with a variety of options available each morning. the dining area was clean and well kept. staff kept the buffet stocked. They ensured a pleasant dining experience with efficient service.

The hotel provided luggage storage after checkout which was convenient. i found the free wifi to be reliable throughout the stay. the front desk always had candy available. That was a nice touch.

The bathroom was nice with a powerful shower and hot water. the rooms were clean and the staff cleaned them every day. new soaps and fresh towels were provided. I appreciated this.

The location was great near montmartre and many buses and the metro. the hotel is easily accessible from the train station. place carnot, a nearby parking area, is also easily accessible. This added convenience.

the location WAS a problem, it felt unsafe. sirens and arguments were constant. i did not like the high police presence. plus, some staff seemed bothered when i left keys.

The location was very close to the metro station! A short walk got me to the Sacre Coeur. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. They stored my bags before check-in. The room had good space and a decent-sized bathroom, which i appreciated. I would definitely recommend this location.
The immediate area around the hotel felt a little noisy sometimes. Traffic sounds carried into the night.
