i loved the convenient location near tourist spots. it was really easy to walk to all the main attractions. the staff was super helpful and always found solutions for my requests. i even got early access to breakfast before my flight, awesome.

i noticed some cheap decor throughout the hotel. the sheets were not great quality. my room also had a terrible view. i saw no bar and i wanted a nightcap.

The staff was helpful. Breakfast was good. My kids slept well in their beds. I found the location convenient. It was a short walk to many restaurants. It was also a quick drive from the train station. Though the traffic was a bit heavy.

The bathroom had some mold in the shower area! there were no tissues available in the room.

i found the location quite convenient for exploring. the breakfast provided sufficient choices to start the day. the staff at the reception was helpful with directions and suggestions.

the bathroom had some mold in the shower area, a bit concerning. there weren't any tissues available in the room. washcloths were also missing from the bathroom.

i found the location to be quite convenient. bolhao market was a short walk. i appreciated being close to the chapel of souls and rue da santa caterina. there were numerous cafes and restaurants nearby.

i noticed the absence of tissues in the room. there were no washcloths provided either. i also spotted mold in the bathroom, especially within the shower area.

The location was acceptable. It was close to the city center.

i encountered a problem with noise. i could hear other guests until 1 am, perhaps they were having a party in their room (soundproofing seemed nonexistent). after that, i was disturbed by the closing of nearby bars. this made it hard to get to sleep early.
