friendly staff comfortable lounge

the staff was friendly and helpful the rooms were clean. the lounge space on the second floor is very comfortable. totally recommend this hotel!

there is only one socket in the room to charge multiple appliances we had to unplug the lampshade and the fridge. the electric kettle is in the cupboard the hotel does not provide spoons. a wooden steering stick was provided the hotel does not provide milk for tea.

Mediocre Stay. Several Issues

small room insufficient sockets

The location was central, providing easy access to the city's attractions.

The room was a letdown. It was much smaller than I expected for the price I paid. The single power socket beside the bed was inconvenient and there was no socket near the kettle. the TVs didn't work when I first arrived. Only one was fixed after I complained.

The breakfast had many options. The fresh fruit selection was particularly nice. i found the front desk staff very helpful with directions.

The elevator was a bit slow. I noticed a slight delay each time i used it

small room loud air conditioning

The location was pretty good. It made getting around quite simple.

My room was far from ideal. it felt small, especially considering the hotel's supposed caliber. i was also bothered by the noise of the air conditioning units outside my window. I couldn't open it because the sound was too loud. i definitely expected a more restful environment.
