The breakfast was acceptable the room service was prompt
I was assigned a Spa Room the room had issues The air conditioning unit emitted strange noises throughout the night affecting sleep I also found the pillows were far too soft failing to provide adequate neck support I expect better from a luxury hotel

The air conditioning unit was far too noisy (I swear it sounded like a plane was taking off) and made it difficult to sleep well. The bathroom was quite worn. Some fixtures were broken. I also noticed some dirty plums.
