The hotel is near the religious site. Just a short walk away. i found the on-site parking convenient. Plenty of spaces were available. the reception staff was friendly and helpful, providing quick assistance. i appreciated the souvenir shop. It had a selection of local crafts.

the air conditioning barely worked. i set it to the lowest temperature, but the room remained uncomfortably warm throughout my stay. i complained about the breakfast too. the selection was quite limited, and several items ran out quickly with no refills available. i found this particularly frustrating especially since i came at 9 am.

The parking garage was enclosed. This made it easy since i was driving. Breakfast included many options, with a fantastic selection of pastries and fruit. The location was superb. I could walk to the plaza and chapels easily. The staff was helpful, offering directions and information whenever i needed it.

The room decor felt dated. It needs improvements. i noticed the shower had a curtain that kept blowing inward. this made showering difficult, as it significantly reduced the space. It was a HUGE inconvenience.
