i really enjoyed my stay. the staff were very friendly and helpful.. especially with directions. the room was super clean and spacious with a lovely ocean view. i especially appreciated the complimentary local biscuits received upon check-out, a sweet touch.

the gym felt a bit crowded during peak hours. i found it difficult to access all the equipment i wanted without waiting. better management of space would improve the experience.

I stayed for several nights and the service was quite prompt. the staff readily assisted with all requests. They quickly addressed a minor issue i had with the in-room nespresso machine, promptly providing replacement pods. the guest relations team also made dinner reservations. breakfast was substantial with a variety of options.
