A mixed experience. Some aspects need improvement.

I found a couple of things disappointing. the sink in my room drained very slowly, inconvenient. also, getting the invoice after my stay proved difficult. I had to request it multiple times, and it took a while to receive it.

the reception staff were amazing! they were super friendly and helpful during my whole stay. the rooms included all necessary amenities and were very pleasant with a comfortable bed. i enjoyed the restaurant even if the waiting staff seemed more attentive to the bar area!!!

check-in confused me a little. the employee used a condescending tone throughout the process. i also noticed an unexpected 50€ surcharge, and its purpose wasn't clear initially, which i found inconvenient.

the room was super clean. the location made getting around easy. public transportation was close by, so i could reach the city center and main attractions without any hassle.

the car park is expensive at 24 euros a day for paying guests. (i think it should be free or reduced).
