missing toast limited choice
The location was alright, near the christmas market. the room seemed clean, but small. the breakfast was a real letdown. No toast, and not much choice. it was like they were trying to cut corners. the lack of toast really bothered me, breakfast lacking

the location was exactly what i was looking for.
The room was very small, a significant disappointment given my expectations based on previous stays elsewhere. There was hardly any space to store clothes, and the bathroom shaving mirror seemed positioned too low for practical use. I have experienced more spacious hotel rooms for less money.

solid city stay!
christmas markets hotel style clean room
i appreciated the location close to the christmas markets. the hotel style was appealing, i loved the lobby decor. the rooms were clean, i had no issues .
the reception staff seemed to have a bad attitude, they were not particularly helpful during check-in.

stylish bar thoughtful design
the lounge bar presents beautiful design. the first floor invite patrons to relax. staff provided silverware and glasses for our takeout food. breakfast was so good with nice selections.
my room was very warm. the air conditioning did not work, despite settings at 10 degrees. i had to sleep with the window open, but street noise bothered me.

underwhelming stay, some issues
uncomfortable pillows chaotic breakfast
the location proved convenient for accessing nearby attractions.
The room felt quite cramped, especially with luggage. the pillows provided were not comfortable at all. I really didn't get a good night's sleep because of it.
