Mediocre Stay Near the Airport
black moldnoticeable stains
I found some real issues with cleanliness in my room. The shower was not properly cleaned. I saw black mold. The carpet also had noticeable stains. These problems made me question the hotel's overall hygiene.

i found the location very convenient to terminal 2. it was about a 10-minute walk to the terminal. a rewe supermarket nearby offered easy access to groceries. the room included a fridge and a safe. instant coffee was also provided.
the restaurant did not open until 18:00, a bit late when i arrived hungry in the afternoon.

Mr. HUYNH, the receptionist, gave a warm welcome. It was a happy coincidence that he also spoke Vietnamese. Thanks to him, MY stay WAS pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel and will certainly return due to the warm reception. The hotel location offers convenient access to nearby shops and public transport. The shuttle to the airport was prompt. This made catching my early flight much easier. I found the entire experience stress free. The room included tea and coffee making equipment. I also appreciated the presence of a little refrigerator. I find it to be very useful. The provided shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion were very pleasant.

The breakfast spread had a good selection. The rooms and bathroom were clean. This hotel is so close to Terminal 2, it was only a 10 to 15 minute walk. Metro and bus access to the city center are very close.
The basic hygiene supplies were lacking. There was a absence of slippers. Putting a bottle of water in the room is important.

I found the hotel to be clean. The cleanliness was Excellent! The room's facilities were also great, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I appreciated the convenient location near the airport and the easy access to transportation. This made my travel seamless.
Unfortunately, the airport shuttle had limited hours. The service was not available for very early flights, a bit inconvenient.
