I really loved the direct beach access. It allowed for convenient seaside strolls. The hotel grounds were maintained immaculately. The animation team worked hard and provided games daily.

outdated decorpoor hygiene
The room seemed straight out of a time capsule , showcasing decor that probably peaked in the previous century. It was not just dated. It was as if cleanliness took a vacation. Dust bunnies multiplied in corners, and the bathroom had this charming aroma reminiscent of a public swimming pool.

pleasant staffplastic cupsrubbish filled reservoir
the staff were pleasant, that is true. i can't deny that.
i was dubious after reading other reviews. now i agree with the negative remarks. the dry reservoir at the front of the hotel was full of plastic cups and rubbish. this hotel is not 4 stars, more like a tired 3 star at best.

Good Times at the Hotel
friendly staffvaried gamesaccessible beach
The staff were friendly. Billy kept everyone included and provided games. Shelly always helped, answering questions. The pool was good and the beach was accessible. I would also like to say that I did appreciate the snack bar lunch.
I did notice the food did not have much selection.

Catering staffs worked hard keeping buffets fully stocked. A fresh salad counter with choice impressed me. I found varieties and choices at each meal.

The location is perfect. Pools were very good. I noticed a private beach being accessible too. The beach is stony, but it is close to walk.

All the staffs were friendly. The bar staffs were friendly too. Housekeeping was available everyday. The pool staff took pride in pool cleanliness.

The hotel location IS great, right on the beach. The sunset views were beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was plenty of choice at meal times.
The room seemed like it was from the 1980s. It needs updating. It was supposed to accommodate three people, but there was only one single wardrobe. The bathroom was tiny, TOO.
