high standard fresh dessert poor information room state

The food was great. My ONLY critique would be that if you are a fussy eater, you might struggle to find something you would ENJOY every night. The best desserts i've ever had at a buffet. There was plenty of choice while keeping a HIGH standard.

Upon arrival at reception, we were asked for our reservation number and THEN given our key to the room and a map to get on with. There was no personal information given about the hotel and its facilities or events. The state of the room was not up to standards! and there was no attention to little details.

broken sofa unheated pools

The sofa in my room COLLAPSED. it broke while I was sitting on it. I was lucky I was not hurt! The outdoor pools were not heated. the reception lady seemed overwhelmed at check-in.
