Excellent Hotel Experience

I enjoyed the spacious room. It had a large balcony facing west! Sunshine warmed my balcony most of the day until sunset. The grounds were super clean and well-kept. The swimming pool area was equally clean. I found the staff at the Blu pool bar to be very friendly and quick to serve drinks.
The hotel offered only a few vegan options at breakfast. I saw one server moving omelettes with their hands. This made me question the breakfast choices overall.

My family room was very spacious with a view of the pool and sea. The housekeeping staff kept the room spotlessly clean. The room included a TV and fridge, very useful.

The hotel location is great with easy access to buses. Buses go to Rhodes, Lindos, Faliraki and other tourist areas. A bus stop is right outside. This runs every 20 minutes to Rhodes Town.

The main restaurant (Athena) was very spacious. The variety of food was plentiful and constantly renewed. The hot food was always hot. The cuisine catered to most European tastes.

The swimming pool was AMAZING!!! There are plenty of green spaces for walking around. The hotel has a cocktail bar with happy hour and reasonable drinks. There are also plenty of activities like darts and water aerobics.

the staff were very helpful. i especially liked niki and margarita who were always smiling. the buffet breakfast and dinner had a wide variety. there were bus stops right outside (easy island access!). i found the location very convenient.
the cocktail bar felt more like a sports bar, i think another bar and lounge area would be better.

the entertainment team, especially kiki, kept things lively with daytime and nighttime events. i especially enjoyed the crazy entertainment provided each night, it definitely added a spark to the evenings. i would consider returning for the atmosphere.
the reception team was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in resolving issues. i found this disappointing, since good service is valuable. despite the team's indifference, the other services were good.

the breakfast buffet was very good each day. facilities were super with a great pool. there was also easy access to a beach. the location was central to rhodes town.
Recently i stayed here as a solo traveler. the rooms were not 4 star rooms, they were very small. my view looked like a scrap yard for boats. room cleaning was an issue. I had to ask for clean towels three times out of my stay.

the staff was very attentive and made sure i had everything i needed, i found it admirable! the food was varied, with a wide selection of options that catered to many tastes. the facilities were well-kept, and i particularly enjoyed the clean pools and relaxing spa. the entertainment team was full of energy.
the wifi was a bit spotty in certain areas, slightly inconvenient.
