wide variety renovated bathroom concrete finishes
The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety! It had many options that I had never seen before. The hotel rooms were recently renovated, and the bathrooms looked beautiful. They used concrete finishes, which I really liked.
I noticed coffee and tea-making equipment were missing from the room.

really good dining gracious host attentive detail best service
This hotel was pretty good in every way. The dining experience was really good. The breakfast included varied choices, each prepared perfectly. I found Athanasiadis to be a gracious host during breakfast and dinner, ensuring every detail was attended to. Athanasios Kostas at the bar provided the best service, always helpful and attentive to every need.
I noticed the minibar was not stocked upon arrival! though that was quickly resolved

The location is perfect for a tranquil escape. It presents fine mountain views that offer peace. Walking around, I enjoyed observing the goats roaming freely. It was a picturesque experience.

my room, a suite private pool, had some issues. the safe didn't work. i had to call maintenance twice for them to fix it! also, the wifi was spotty at best. it made working remotely nearly impossible.

relaxing experience excellent service really good breakfast tranquil location
The hotel provided a really relaxing experience, the service was excellent. The breakfast choice was really good. I loved it. A massage at the spa was also good. I felt very relaxed. The location was tranquil. but the grounds were immaculate!
The hotel lacked a personalized pre-arrival letter, I expect this from a luxury hotel.
