excessive noise level under-equipped gym
the breakfast options met my expectations. there were full selections available.
the noise level was excessive. i could hear conversations and music late into the night. also, the gym was quite small and it seemed under-equipped for the number of guests..

fantastic room varied menu large bill embarrassing investigation
The room was fantastic. It looked just like the pictures. the half board menu was also really good. I especially enjoyed the varied menu each night. the staff, stefanos and his team, showed excellent hospitality, which i really appreciated.
the hotel tried to overcharge me for drinks i never ordered. they tried to add over 100 euros to my bill. it was embarrassing waiting while they investigated.

the breakfast buffet included many options for me each morning. i found the italian restaurant food very tasty. the bus stop near the hotel.

I had a suite room near the pool. The rooms were very clean. The food at both the Asian and Italian restaurants tasted delicious.

poor design cleaning standards
the room layout was poor there was no mirror near a plug socket for hair drying this proved frustrating. cleaning standards also disappointed mirrors had stains surfaces were not wiped. i found reception staff lacked knowledge when i needed information. communal showers were unclean and lacked towels staff provided little assistance there.

stylish vibes and AMAZING staff!

modern design super clean condition delicious food two pools
I had SUCH a nice stay. the hotel's modern design and super clean condition stood out to me. The two pools offered plenty of space to relax. the convenient supermarket and nearby beach at 400 meters added to the ease of my stay. I especially enjoyed the delicious food at the on-site restaurant!
I noticed the music by the pool could get a little loud sometimes. I'd have appreciated some quieter hours for relaxation. it's SUCH a small thing though!

My room featured contemporary decor and it had ample space. Two separate sinks and a rainfall shower were great. I appreciated the cleanliness maintained throughout MY stay. It was awesome! The room featured a modern design with functional amenities.
