The view from our beautiful double room was amazing. i enjoyed the different pools offered, particularly the adults-only pool. It was very relaxing. tommy was fantastic. He ensured everyone felt welcome and assisted in any way he could.

the drinks included with the all-inclusive package were subpar! a better selection would definitely improve the experience.

the hotel provided a wonderful private beach with clear water , perfect for relaxation. also , the hotel's various pool areas were a great feature , it was easy to find sun loungers. i found the food in the buffet to be good , especially the pizzas and pastas.

the walls seemed a little dirty and needed painting.

The calipso bar was my favorite place, the drinks were awesome, and the staff girls were so friendly! the food was also delicious. Every meal was a treat. i thoroughly loved my time at this hotel. I'll always remember it. tommy from public relations was also really good. I think he made our honeymoon extra special with fantastic recommendations!

i noticed just a small thing, the pool could have been a bit cleaner, but it never spoiled my time.

The pools were a delight. i noticed several pools, each was clean and well maintained. there were plenty of sunbeds, and i saw parasols available for shade. It was just what my kids wanted.

i found a shop onsite and one right outside the hotel that was very convenient i stayed in a beautiful double room it looked very modern the cleaners did a great job keeping the rooms clean i love the food the a la carte nights are great there was a lot of food to enjoy. the drinks at the pool bar were fantastic sindy and alexandra did a great job the drinks are lovely.

i noticed a few bits and pieces that needed some attention around the hotel.

the pools were very nice. i especially liked the water slides. the beach was really accessible and well kept. wifi worked well even near the beach.

the pools needed some upkeep. there were loose tiles present. the air conditioning wasn't very cold. there were limited all-inclusive ice cream options. ice cream was only available in the restaurant.
