I really enjoyed the location near the ferry terminal. Breakfast included fresh fruit and croissants. The staff was friendly. They said goodbye personally as I left.
The internet access was basically non-existent. The building is old and in need of a refresh. I think the hotel should consider doing this soon.

The room was spacious and had lake views from the balcony. I found two comfortable chairs and a small table that allowed me to enjoy the scenery. A large wardrobe provided ample storage.

The staff was helpful and always smiling. They gave directions to nearby attractions. Check-in was quick and efficient, something I appreciated after a long day.

The location met my expectations since it was close to the ferry pier.
The room was not heated adequately. It seemed like the heating was deliberately switched off during the day. Staff said it was just the thermostat, but it only worked after I complained. some cafe staff were not polite. They did not treat customers with respect.
