The double room was clean. It included adequate space. The toiletries were nice and fresh towels were available. Breakfast included various options. The vegan sausages tasted excellent. I found the coffee machine easy to use.
I waited a while for someone at reception. There was no staff.

i found the hotel near motorpoint arena and easy for walking there. the attached cock and hoop provided drinks before and after the event. my room felt very comfortable, so i slept well. room service included pizza and it tasted delicious.
the breakfast costed £20, this price i considered a bit high.

I found the location very convenient. The city center is within walking distance, with access to various attractions. The room (it was a Double Room) was well-appointed. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast (especially the vegan options!) offered great quality ingredients.
The heating system seemed to lack clear instructions. I struggled to find an efficient control and the single radiator was very hot, but the room remained cold.

The breakfast buffet had many options, including an additional cooked-to-order service. The full vegan selection stood out with the best quality ingredients I have seen in a hotel, it was superb.

The location is excellent, very close to the city centre. My room was well-appointed, quiet, and had a comfortable king size bed (a real bonus after a long day). The staff was helpful. They could not do enough for me. I found the adjacent pub provided a relaxed atmosphere.
The lack of a phone in my room was a minor inconvenience, i had to use a QR code to access room service. The selection was limited to pizza.

The room was clean and a good size. I liked the good shower and the lovely toiletries provided. I could easily control the heating, so making the room very warm was simple. The windows open allowing fresh air in during the night.
The breakfast quality was not good because cheap products were used.

The hotel location is great. It has perfect access to many restaurants. The railway station is less than ten minutes away on foot, I liked this a lot. The city center is just a few steps away.

i like how the staff let us check in early so i could get ready for the wedding. this city center boutique hotel is very unique, its decoration and furnishings feel special. breakfast included plentiful food, well-cooked with good presentation.
one small thing, the room felt a little too warm even with the heating off, and the carpet had a stain.
