big shower comfy bed dusty carpets serious update
i enjoyed the big shower in the super clean room. the bed, it was very comfy too. the bar had a good range of drinks and the restaurant on site made things easy.
my room carpets felt dusty, thats one thing. the bathroom didn't feel properly cleaned. it do needs a serious update soon.

soft bed quality essentials helpful staff
the beds were soft and comfortable.. i also found good quality essentials in the bathroom. the bar area includes a pool table, a nice addition. i also found the staff friendly and very helpful throughout the hotel.
the heating was not controllable directly from the room. i needed to contact reception for adjustments. this reliance on external control was inconvenient.

Excellent Stay With Friendly Staff!
helpful staff hot water breakfast buffet ground floor
The front desk staff was very helpful. They quickly brought me a coffee from the on-site Starbucks to enjoy in my room. Plenty of hot water was available! The breakfast buffet had many options. The hotel booked us a ground floor room. This provided good accessibility for my elderly mother.
The room looked a little worn. It could definitely use repainting.

The standard room included a queen bed. It was quite comfortable.. the bathroom featured both a shower and separate bathtub. i appreciated having a desk space to work. staff promptly addressed my request for extra towels, delivering them within minutes.
i did notice some slight wear on the hallway carpeting.

the front desk provided quick assistance with check-in. the restaurant staff ensured efficient and courteous service during breakfast. they also made sure that my coffee cup was always full and offered help with navigating the buffet.
