Acceptable Stay with Issues

short hosebroken latch

The shower was poorly designed. The rail for adjusting height seemed pointless since the hose was too short. A window latch was broken. I could not open the window when needed. When I arrived late, I was told pizzas were available 24 hours a day but the kitchen staff said they were cleaning the oven and could not fulfill my order for 10 pizzas. I would have stopped elsewhere if they hadn't confirmed earlier.
