dated room missing toiletries disruptive noise

the location was acceptable for my travel needs.

The room felt quite dated, needing a serious refresh. the bathroom lacked basic amenities. No complimentary toiletries were provided, not even a small bar of soap. additionally, the noise from nearby rooms was quite disruptive, hindering sleep.

fresh tea restaurant manager clean bedroom

I was greeted kindly! bev, the restaurant manager, was very cute, and that meant a lot. she provided fresh tea (in teapots!) and orange juice. i also found the bedroom clean and well furnished. It worked so well for me.

i thought having to pay extra for parking felt a little off.

free parking clean room temperature control helpful staff

i found free parking very convenient. the room was clean and had a working thermostat for temperature control. the hotel provided tea , coffee , a kettle , and an ironing board. the staff at reception , restaurant , and housekeeping were polite and helpful.

the bottled water situation was difficult , requiring me to use deliveroo.

The staff was accommodating. They were really good too meet all our needs. Our large party had many requests, and the management addressed them all with kindness. Ben, the manager, was especially kind and accommodating to all our requests.

The gym was a great addition to my stay it had modern equipment. There was easy access for both leisure and business travellers with ample parking. I noted that parking was readily available.

The hotel provided great parking near the front door. This made carrying luggage much easier as it wasn't a long walk from the car. It was very convenient and appreciated after a long journey.

no air conditioning no lift

the room was neat, clean and spacious. the bed was comfy.

The room lacked air conditioning. It became quite stuffy during the night. the absence of a lift made moving luggage to the upper floor difficult. i found no offer of assistance.
