Charming and Unique Stay!

The cabin had a great use of space. my children adored the top bunk beds! The location is perfect for a family getaway. It offers plenty to keep everyone entertained, and it feels safe for kids to explore and play. I found the staff services AMAZING, and I appreciate everyone who helped.

The lodge had a slightly funny smell to it.

The room was very clean upon arrival, and I appreciated that shower gel was provided. The caravan was very warm, almost too warm, but the hot water was SUPER hot! The chairs where very comfortable.

There is a good play area and sand pit available for children, alongside other play parks within the resort. Parking is both free and ample for all guests, and there are no height restrictions. Wi-Fi coverage is good throughout the premises.

The bar has reasonable prices for draught beer, which I found to be quite convenient. A fridge and microwave are available. I appreciated this addition, especially after a long day. Food was superb!!!!

The location is perfect for those who enjoy outdoor activities. Near by walks are lovely and easily accessible. It's also conveniently located near Willen Lake. This park is great. A dinosaur park and theme park are also great for kids!

The hut had a mini fridge that was helpful. there is a restaurant and bar. the bed was comfy. It was what i expected for a theme park hut accommodation.

the toilet block was filthy, especially in the evening. toilet bowls were covered in feces. there was a lack of toilet paper and the floors were muddy and slippery.
