quality bedding friendly staff
the room provided complimentary shower toiletries the bedding was top quality i found the breakfast yummy with lots of choice. the staff were friendly and polite in the bar it had a nice atmosphere
the breakfast was sumptuous and had great variety. fresh croissants and good coffee kept me going till the evening (i am a big breakfast person).
my room was close to the kitchen extractor, so there was a lot of noise until 10pm. the noise restarted at 7am, meaning i could not sleep in.

the staff was very friendly. the room was well presented and the bed was comfortable. i really enjoyed the breakfast too. the food tasted fresh and was served promptly. the dining area was very clean.
there was no car park i was aware of. the directions provided led to a shopping area car park with a three hour time limit. the bathroom extractor was not working it was an issue. the bathroom door also did not shut properly

quality bedding complimentary water yummy breakfast
The room was comfortable, it featured top quality bedding. I also found complimentary water, hot drinks, and biscuits. The breakfast had plenty of choice.
i found the staff very friendly and helpful the breakfast offered a great variety of choices the cappucino was creamy i also found a desk and chair in my room suitable for working which i appreciated. the location was very convenient. the room was clean and well kept.

the breakfast was sumptuous. it included a great variety to choose from, with fresh croissants. the portions kept me going until the evening. the staff were all without exception very friendly and helpful.
i had requested a ground floor room. i received no confirmation from the hotel. upon arrival, i was told i would be in the annex. i found that the room was up steep stairs with no offer of help.
