The staff were really friendly and helpful! They arranged for soya milk to be in my room. An iron and ironing board were promptly delivered to my room, so I could get ready for my meetings.
The cleaning could be improved. I found some dental floss things under the bed! There were also some yucky hankies, too, so it wasn't the best.

the breakfast was lovely and a good meal was available in the evening the gardens were very pretty with outside chairs and umbrellas i would certainly stay again if returning to that area the staff were polite and efficient i had a bath and shower in my room
my room was slightly outdated it looks like money is not being spent on the little things

The check-in process was simple , and I received a warm welcome. The room was very clean and quite comfortable. The hotel grounds were attractive and well-kept , despite my limited time to explore.
My room had some maintenance issues. The electrical socket was loose. The bathroom extractor fan was very filthy. The light switch was cracked. which is unsafe.
