I found the staff friendly and helpful. They assisted with all requests promptly. the grounds were really beautiful and well-kept for a peaceful atmosphere. i especially liked that breakfast was fresh with many choices. also, the hotel had convenient on-site parking.

i did notice a bit of dog hair on the carpet in the room though the cleaning was generally good.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh items, including fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. i saw that the dining area was clean and well-organized. The staff quickly replenished items. coffee and tea were readily available during service. It was very nice.

The reception staff was particularly helpful arranging taxis and giving directions. They were always available. i could tell that the team worked hard to address all guest needs. It was appreciated. service was prompt and efficient overall.

The lighting outside was too bright at night. It made keeping the curtains open impossible. The room cost a significant amount. The food in the hotel was poor. The cook chilled the small plates. It felt very processed.

the staff were very helpful and called a taxi for me quickly. tea and coffee were stocked in the room with free water in the mini fridge. i appreciated the prompt taxi service and the provided refreshments.

i thought the price for the short taxi ride booked through the hotel was high.

the staff helped me book a taxi. this made getting to places simple. the breakfast was tasty. i had smoked salmon, sour dough toast and scrambled egg.

the blinds don't work in my room. it was difficult to sleep with the light. there weren't any conditioner in the bathroom. i also found dog hair on the carpet.
