comfortable bed friendly staff cute staff good location
the bed was very comfortable. i liked that i could order exactly what i wanted for breakfast, since i did not fancy a full english. the staff was very friendly and cute. i found the location good.
the surroundings seemed a little unkempt , and i felt i needed to triple-lock the door for safety.

surprising stay
soft linen extra pillows large screen powerful shower
i had a comfortable queen size bed and soft bed linen, the room also had extra pillows. the room included a hairdryer and ironing facilities, that was helpful. there was a large screen tv and adequate wardrobe, i used them a lot. the shower was powerful and there were soft towels, so i felt good.
the surroundings seemed a little unkempt, i thought it could use some tidying.

the room was a good size and clean, perfect for my needs. i had both ironing and hairdryer facilities in the room. the tv was large enough and it had adequate wardrobe space.

the location is close to major roads, i visited nottingham with ease. this place is ideal for travelers visiting events there. i found the location very good, and i could find everything within walking distance.

car parking was available right outside the room. the access to reception and the restaurant was easy. i had no problems getting where i needed to go. that was practical.

i only used the restaurant for a lunchtime carvery. the food seemed freshly prepared, it tasted really good. customer service was also excellent, i was happy with my meal.

clean room comfortable bed superb carvery friendly staff
My room was very clean and tidy. The Queen size bed was especially comfortable. The carvery was also superb. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions.
Roadworks were ongoing outside the hotel, causing minor disruptions.
